Trick17 Stop Motion Competition

The cartoon was complete from concept to final product in 58 hours as part of the '3-Day Trick 17 Stop Motion Competition 2007'. When the contest began teams were given an animation medium (clay, paper, toys) & a theme to which we were given 'claymation music video'. Our team had to work with the supplied song, and complete a 1-3 mintue short, buliding all the sets & characters from scratch.

This award winning video which tributes soldiers who fight for peace and freedom world-wide, was produced for Canada's Remeberence Day. Televised across Canada, shown in schools, and showcased at GM place during Vancouver Canucks games, the video has received national recognition, winning Yahoo Canada & Universal Music's, 2nd Best Independent Music Video of 2006.
